CareTransfer collects information needed to arrange an order, contact a donor or operator, prevent abuse, and confirm delivery. Payment details are handled by Stripe; CareTransfer does not store full card numbers.

Information we use

We may receive your name, email, phone number, recipient details, city, order details, and messages you send through the site. We share only what local providers need to fulfill the requested service.

Your choices

Contact hello@caretransfer.org to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain for financial, security, or legal reasons.
